Zebra Strikes Back as Hyena Tries to Bite Its Tail
The dry grasslands shimmered under the afternoon sun as a lone zebra grazed cautiously, its ears twitching at every distant sound. Life on the savanna was never peaceful for long. After a tense standoff, the hyena retreated slowly, deciding the risk wasn’t worth the injury. Hunger would have to wait for another opportunity. The zebra, breathing heavily but uninjured, watched until the predator disappeared into the grass.
Only then did it trot away to rejoin its herd, where safety lay in numbers.
