A Person Rescues a Baby Elephant from the Road
Early one morning, a man named Dara was driving along a quiet road that passed through a forest reserve. The sun had just begun to rise, painting the sky with shades of orange and gold. As he rounded a bend, he noticed something unusual in the middle of the road.
To his surprise, it was a baby elephant. The young calf looked frightened and confused. It stood alone, swaying nervously as vehicles slowed down around it. Dara immediately pulled over and stepped out of his truck to see if the little elephant was injured.
The calf appeared healthy, but it was clearly distressed. Dara guessed that it had become separated from its herd during the night. The nearby forest was dense, and the baby elephant seemed unsure of where to go. Knowing that leaving it on the road could be dangerous, Dara decided to help.
He contacted local wildlife rangers, who arrived quickly and assessed the situation. While waiting for additional support, Dara stayed close to the calf, speaking softly to keep it calm. The baby elephant slowly relaxed and even moved closer to him, sensing that he meant no harm.

After a short walk, a distant rumbling sound echoed through the forest. Moments later, several elephants appeared between the trees. The baby elephant immediately recognized its family and let out a joyful trumpet. Its mother rushed forward and gently touched the calf with her trunk.
The reunion was heartwarming. The herd surrounded the young elephant, protecting it as they prepared to move deeper into the forest. Dara watched with a smile, relieved that the calf was safe again.
