### A monkey leads its baby across a river on a rope, and in the river there is a crocodile
The morning sun glowed softly over the jungle river. Birds sang from the tall trees while the sound of rushing water echoed through the forest. High above the river, an old rope stretched from one side to the other. A mother monkey carefully stepped onto the rope, holding her tiny baby close to her chest.
The baby monkey looked down nervously at the dark water below. The river moved quickly, and deep beneath the surface, a large crocodile floated silently. Its sharp eyes watched every movement above the water. The crocodile had been waiting patiently, hoping for an easy meal.
The mother monkey knew the danger. She tightened her grip on the rope and slowly moved forward. Her baby clung tightly to her fur, trembling with fear. Every step had to be careful because the rope swung gently over the river.
Halfway across, the crocodile suddenly splashed its powerful tail, creating huge waves. The rope shook violently. The baby monkey cried out, but the mother stayed calm. She spoke softly to comfort her little one and continued moving forward with courage.
The crocodile opened its massive jaws, expecting the monkeys to fall. But the mother monkey was smart and determined. Using all her strength, she leaped quickly along the rope, faster than before. Branches swayed as monkeys from the other side screeched loudly, encouraging her.
With one final jump, the mother monkey safely reached the riverbank. The baby monkey hugged her tightly, safe at last. The crocodile sank back into the water, disappointed and hungry.
As the jungle grew quiet again, the brave mother monkey carried her baby into the trees, proving that love and courage are stronger than fear.
